The loose tube are made of high modulus plastics(PBT), which are filled with water resistant gel. Two parallel steel wire are embedded in the two sides of PE sheath. Outer sheath is made of UV resistance PE jacket. All dielectric cable construction allows hanging on electric poles and power lines with  up to 12KV
